Privacy Notice

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why

• Quote and booking requests (website form, e-mail, WhatsApp, phone): name, e-mail address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off details, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and luggage, vehicle category, your message; if you book for someone else, the passenger's name and phone number and, optionally, the company name. Purpose: to quote, confirm and perform the ride and to contact you about it. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract and steps before a contract).
• Ride records: chauffeur assignment, actual pick-up and drop-off times, notes. Purpose: performing the service, quality, safety and handling claims. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in service quality, safety and the defence of legal claims).
• Invoicing data: name, billing address, tax number for companies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, Hungarian accounting and VAT law; retention 8 years.
• Website analytics: Google Analytics 4 runs only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner; it measures page visits and the use of the booking form and the call and WhatsApp buttons. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

3. WhatsApp

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your phone number and messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) under WhatsApp's own privacy terms; we use WhatsApp Business only to handle your request. When the website form opens WhatsApp with your ride details pre-filled, nothing is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp.

4. Where your data is kept and who sees it

Requests and bookings are stored in our booking sheet and mailbox run on Google services (Google Ireland Ltd.; data may be processed on servers outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). The chauffeur assigned to your ride receives only what the ride needs (your name, pick-up details, phone number, flight number). Where we use a partner operator for a ride, the partner is bound by a data processing agreement. Our accountant and our payment provider (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.) receive invoicing and payment data. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for marketing without your consent.

5. How long we keep it

Requests that do not become a booking: 12 months. Bookings and ride records: 5 years after the ride (limitation period for claims). Invoices: 8 years (accounting law). WhatsApp conversations: deleted 30 days after the ride unless needed for a claim. Analytics data: 14 months (GA4 setting).

6. Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to premiumhungary@gmail.com; we answer within one month. You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, www.naih.hu) or go to court.

7. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. your cookie choice) need no consent. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) load only with your consent. Your choice can be changed under “Cookie settings” in the footer.

8. Children

Our services are booked by adults; the website is not directed at children under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this notice; the current version with its date is always on this page.
